 There are plenty of reasons to smile in July with the Reason to Smile set--only $5 when you spend $50.  This exclusive set is only available during the month of July!  (Only one set per customer)

In honor of this set I have 3 cards I am using for a Card Kit/Stamp a Stack all using the Reason to Smile stamp set.  Whether you can come to my Stamp a Stack or you order a card kit, you will get a total of 9 cards, 3 of each one.

Stamp A Stack
When: Saturday, July 28th at 10 a.m.
Where:  My house
RSVP:  ASAP but no later than Tuesday, July 24th
Cost:  $12 or $15 with envelopes
PLEASE BRING your own adhesive and scissors

Card Kit
$17 or $20 with envelopes, plus $3 for mailing, if needed.
The kit will have everything cut and stamped and all ready for assembly.  I will provide a picture of each card.  The only thing you will need is dimensionals or mini glue dots as needed as these are hard to mail without them getting stuck to everything else.  Please email if you are interested.

Retiring Items Stamp A Stack

We made these three cards at our last stamp a stack in honor of retiring accessories.  I am going to miss the 5 petal flower punch, the lace ribbon border punch and the blossom bouquet triple layer punch.  Yes I did get a little carried away with doing them all in white but don't they look pretty?  They were a lot of fun to make too.  I think the colors really pop!  Don't forget there are only a few days left to get those last few things in the catalog before they retire.  Stamp sets will be available until the end of the month and accessories are only available while supplies last.  Have a great day!

Retiring Accessories

The Retired Accessories list is now available.  Click here to see the pdf of what is retiring.  Since Stampin' Up out sources their accessories and only make their own stamps, the accessories are only available as the supply lasts.  So if there is something you want, you should purchase it ASAP.

Because of this Lisa has offered to do a book party for those who might want to order things.  Some things to think about is the 2010-2012 In Colors.  They will no longer be available so if you like the paper or haven't gotten your reinkers for your in pads, you will need to do so.  Those colors are Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Pear Pizzazz, Concord Crush and Blushing Bride.

It is Time to Say Goodbye

It is always hard to say goodbye to those things we have loved and used. We will be losing some stamp sets some of which have been here since I have started. But it is that time of year again and Stampin' Up has always been good to bring in new and exciting things. I have a link to the Retired List in pdf format. Take some time to go through it and if there are some which you have not gotten but can't bear to see go, then give me a call so we can get them ordered before Thursday, May 31st, 2012. Spring Stamp Camp is here again. We will have two sessions: Friday May 4th, 6:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. or Saturday May 5th 9 a.m.-12 p.m. We will be making 4 projects, there will be door prize drawings, card swap, and grand prize.

Scrapbook Page Challenge

This page I did in MDS. I participate in a couple scrapbook challenges. This page actually will work for two different ones, Garnet #10 with Kristy Lee's sketch for Scrapbookbook Steals and also for the challenge Erica Bass did for The Paper Girls Challenge Blog using photo strips for the layout. What was nice about using MDS is I was able to add in elements and pictures I did not have printed and in actual paper products. I used a combination of things from Stampin' Up and other items I had in my digital folder. I really like how this page turned out. Right now you can try MDS for 30 days and see if it is something you would like to purchase. If you are interested, don't hesitate to give a call.
